The gharara has a maroon silk kunda and green banarasi or kamkhab kunda which is adorned with zardozi work. The bridal gharara has a farshi flare that makes it all the more suitable for a wedding.

The top of this bridal banarasi gharara is a maroon silk kurta with zardozi work all over it. The boat-cut neck of this top has an elaborate design in zardozi that is recreated at the hemline and on the cuffs of the three-fourths-long sleeves.

The set is completed with a golden tissue dupatta with a four-inch border on all four sides, and hand-embroidered floral booties in the golden colour spread all over. This outfit is rooted in tradition with a farshi style bottom, use of maroon and colours, silk and banarasi fabric.
