  • All the cancellation/exchange/return requests to be emailed to us at contact@theindiancouture.com. In case of damaged product, request you to please share the images as well 
  • Exchange/Refund will be initiated after returns are received by us and cleared quality checks
    • Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
    • Tags should be intact
    • Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
    • Product(s) should not be altered by the customer
    • Product(s) is/are not customized/personalized 
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of The Indian Couture team, but we are considerate
