Return & Cancellation

Concern/Issue	Policy	Raise request within
Cancellation	Refund	24 hours of placing the order
Damaged Product	Exchanged with a fresh piece of the same product	24 hours of receiving the product
Return	Refund*	5 days of receiving the delivery
Size	Exchanged with requested size of the same product	15 days of receiving the delivery

* Refund will be adjusted for courier and packaging charges of INR 500

All the cancellation/exchange/return requests to be emailed to us at contact@theindiancouture.com. In case of damaged product, request you to please share the images as well
Exchange/Refund will be initiated after returns are received by us and cleared quality checks

Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
Tags should be intact
Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
Product(s) should not be altered by the customer
Product(s) is/are not customized/personalized

All returns are subject to the discretion of The Indian Couture team, but we are considerate
